Graphic Novice Comic Book Podcast
A sometimes misinformed, sometimes shockingly informed, weekly discussion of all things that are even vaguely related to the world of comics. Each episode we review current releases, discuss issues relevant to reading and collecting comic books and mix in a healthy dose of comical off-topic banter. You can reach us at email@graphicnovice.com, or come check out the various other sources of propaganda we offer at http://www.graphicnovice.com.

The hosts of Graphic Novice are joined by the infamous Bryan from The Salty Language Podcast (saltylanguage.com) to discuss the original Jessica Jones comics, ie. Alias that the current Netflix series is based on.

Don't miss this unholy union of the Salty Language Podcast and Graphic Novice as they discuss the highs and lows of Alias, issues #1-9.

Stay Salty.

If one of the hosts of the show wasn't intoxicated throughout the entire Holiday season, this would have been a pre-Christmas release, but instead, we kept this special episode on the back burner until Boxing Day had passed.  This short and out of character mini-show was recorded immediately prior to the second installment of the Graphic Novice Book Club.

Nickel & VF discuss VF's initial impressions of Star Wars, Michael Leal's undefeated streak in the "Marvel Trivia Box", and then the guys skip directly to "Rapid Fire Review" and books released on November 18, 2015, in a failed attempt to bring this segment into the present timeline.

If this short episode leaves you unsatisfied, please send scathing emails to us calling us mean names and such.

Thanks for listening.

We are finally joined by the fantabulous Neil Cetrangolo from the Dark Angels and Pretty Freaks Podcast (thanks to a fictitious "Make A Wish" campaign). Our topics of discussion include testicular injuries, fitness shaming and our pending ad in Curse of the Vessel #2, Neil's expensive taste in things and stuff, VF's prostate, masturbation rehab, VF's basketball prowess, and the Green Up & History of Bad Ideas episode 100's.

In "Comic News" we discuss the Batman v. Superman trailer, Star Wars and Jessica Jones.

We then force listener Neil to join in on the "Marvel Trivia Box" segment.

We wrap up the show with an abbreviated discussion of comics released November 11, 2015, a look ahead to the comics coming out on December 10, 2015, and some Bon Jovi.

Thanks so much for listening.
